Our secluded grounds keep everyone close by during cocktail hour for all important photos, and evening celebrations only limited by your imagination, personal style and budget.

Our process is very interactive and comprehensive making sure no detail is left undiscussed and you arrive for the celebration as calm as possible and ready to celebrate!

Where is Hemsworth Estate?
Are you a BYO venue?
Yes, Hemsworth Estate is a BYO venue. Our main requirements is that alcohol is served in a safe and supervised way, your rubbish is taken away, and you provide a courtesy vehicle. We also have a bar service available. Click here to view our Alcohol Policy.
Can I bring in my own caterer?
Yes, Hemsworth Estate is a BYO catering venue. We have recommendations of great vendors who can provide the refreshments for your wedding or you can provide your own. We do have a prep-kitchen space available for hire if needed.
How much does it cost to have a wedding at Hemsworth Estate?

But for full transperancy, here are all the different prices for each of our wedding packages:
- Elopement Package – $3900
- Day Time Micro Wedding – $3900
- Evening Micro Wedding – $5050
- Ceremony Only – $1650
- Ceremony and Reception – $3700
- Ceremony and Clear Marquee Reception – $5750
- Ceremony and Orchard Marquee Reception – $7475
- Exclusive Weekend 3-Day Event – $19,850

What happens if it rains?
When can we get access to set up?
You’ll have access to the property to set up from 12:00pm the day before your wedding, with a suggestion to host your rehearsal at approximately 5:00pm that day.
You can also set up in the morning of the wedding.
When does everything have to be packed down by?
Everything you have set up (decor, tableware etc) needs to be packed up and taken off site by 3:00pm the next day including all rubbish and recycling.
Anything you’ve hired through Hemsworth Estate will be set up and packed down by us.

I've seen your packages, but are there any hidden fees?
Are package prices are inclusive of GST, and contain everything you need to host a wedding here at Hemsworth Estate that we can provide.
We do offer optional additions you can add-on to your packages like hired decor, a dance floor, bar service, getting ready spaces and accomodation.
These prices are available in our package information and we’re working on a calculator so you can D.I.Y. your estimate yourself.
The only fees you may incur is if you do something against our policies like:
- Fail to collect your rubbish before 3:00pm the following day.
- Attach a decor item to a wall or tree or major damage to the venue/grounds occurs.
Your guests smoke where they’re not supposed to and don’t pick up any butts.
Your dog damages something that needs to be replaced. - Your guests fail to depart before 11:30pm and we have to instate an overtime fee.
- You don’t submit your payment on time (7 days before your wedding) and incur interest.

All of these instances are rare occaisions. We find our couples are the loveliest people and we haven’t had to charge additional fees yet! We hope to keep it that way.

We reply to all communications within 48 hours Monday-to-Friday. Couples who have booked with us can also expect answers within this timeframe throughout the planning process including regular follow ups on your planning progress from us.
